LOCATION
We are staying at the lovely Harrison Lodge, QCCC Mapleton.

TIME
Arrival: Friday 1 September, anytime from 5pm
Departure: Sunday 3 September 2pm
CAMP PROGRAM
All meals and accomodation are provided on site.
The full camp program will be released closer to camp.

CHURCH CAMP TEAM
To join the Church Camp Team, please speak with Daniel Elvery. The more the merrier, to help us prepare for a wonderful weekend away together.
FULL-TIME RATES
The camp rates are $210 per adult, $150 per child aged 5 - 17, and there is no charge for children aged 4 or under.
24-HOUR RATES
These are $110 per adult, $80 per child aged 5 - 17, and there is no charge for children aged 4 or under. A 24-Hour ticket covers one night of accomodation plus 3 consecutive meals of your choice. There are 6 meals provided at camp: Friday night supper (not a full dinner), Sat breakfast, Sat lunch, Sat dinner, Sun breakfast, Sun lunch. When booking this ticket, please specify which 3 consecutive meals you are booking for.
DAY ONLY RATES
These are $55 per adult, $40 per child aged 5 - 17, and there is no charge for children aged 4 or under. A Day-Only ticket covers being on site throughout either Saturday or Sunday, and includes lunch for that day. When booking this ticket, please specify which day you will be on site.
SUBSIDIES
As a church, we do not want anyone to miss out on church camp. If you need financial help to get to church camp, please feel free to speak with either Geoff Tacon or Jayne Tacon. They will take all enquiries discreetly.
PAYING FOR CAMP (STEP 2)
After you have registered for church camp (see Step 1, above), you will receive a confirmation email that includes your Total Rate for camp.
Please pay your Total Rate directly into the Moorooka Presbyterian Church bank account.

In the Description box for the payment, please put 'Church Camp' plus your surname and / or initials to uniquely identify you.
Would you please also email admin@moorooka.church with brief details (amount, you name and transaction date) of your church camp payment?
You are also welcome to pay for camp in instalments. Simply make smaller payments into the bank account until you have paid your Total Rate in full. Please email admin@moorooka.church with brief details (amount, you name and transaction date) when each part payment is made.
SUPPORTING OTHERS (STEP 3, Optional)
You are also able to contribute extra to financially support others coming to camp. This is optional.
How do you do this?
Simply decide how much support you are able to provide, then deposit this amount separately into the church bank account above.
In the Description box, please write 'Camp Support'.
